Absentee bidding in this auction is agreeing to all terms listed here and on the information page.

Deadline for faxed and emailed absentee bids is 5PM Thursday before the auction.

Deadline for online absentee bids is 6PM EST Thursday before the sale. The online catalog will be very busy as this deadline approaches; we encourage you enter your bids early to make sure we receive them.

Did you register to bid online for our previous auctions? You can use the same four-digit ID number and password to bid absentee for this auction. If you forgot your ID or haven't registered before, read this and contact us.

If you encounter difficulty placing your absentee bids online, use an alternative method such as fax or e-mail to submit them; see terms and conditions below. Stout Auctions is not responsible for absentee bids which cannot be registered due to technical difficulties. Please e-mail info@stoutauctions.com with any comments or questions.

The highest absentee bids submitted through this web catalog and other means will be placed by human proxies at the auction in competition with bidders attending the auction. You will be contacted after the auction if your absentee bid was successful.

LIST CURRENT BIDS

Registered absentee bidders may enter their bidder ID and password below to retrieve a list of their current absentee bids.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sucessful absentee bidders will be charged a small shipping fee sufficient to cover packing costs, delivery service, and shipping insurance.
2. The buyer's premium, in-state Indiana sales tax and other details described on the information page also apply to absentee purchases.
3. No absentee bids under $50.00.
4. Please make bids in the following increments:

   $50-200	$10.00 increments
   $200-2000	$25.00 increments
   $2000-5000	$50.00 increments
   $5000 and up	$100.00 increments

5. We cannot keep track of how much you spend during the auction, so please do not ask us to stop bidding when you have spent a certain amount.
6. If you are interested in multiple items please don't ask us not to bid on some items if you win others.
7. Absentee bids will not require a down payment for this auction.
8. We will not have phone lines available on site for call in bidding.
9. Charges payable within one week of being notified of successful bid.
10. Absentee bids can be entered directly online, faxed to 765-764-1516, or mailed to:

11. All absentee bids are executed competitively as if you were there.
12. IMPORTANT: Please include item, lot number and bid amount for absentee bids. Bids also need a signature, phone number and an address (not a PO box).
13. While we work very hard not to miss any absentee bids, we are not responsible for any missed absentee bids .
14. Absentee bids may be deleted if the auctioneers feels there is valid reason such as condition conflict, late or non-payment from previous auction etc.
15. Please allow approximately one week for delivery after payment is received. Stout Auctions prides ourselves on fast and safe delivery of our products.

In addition, online bidders should be aware of the following:

1. Absentee bids cannot be reduced or deleted once entered, though you may increase your bid.
2. You will not be notified if you are outbid online. Use list current bids periodically to check your bid status.
3. The high absentee bidder online will not necessarily be the high bidder at the live auction.
4. If your absentee bid wins at the live auction, buyer's premium and shipping charges will be added according to the terms listed above.
5. Absentee bidding ends at 6:00PM Indiana time, Thursday before the auction. It is likely our catalog server will be very busy as this deadline approaches and we encourage you to get your bids in early.

HOW TO REGISTER

There is no need to register unless you want to place absentee bids online. For this auction, we will still accept absentee bids submitted via fax, e-mail or mail as well. All of our absentee bidder guidelines listed above apply; please read them. To register, follow these instructions:

1. Write to us at 529 State Road 28 East, Williamsport, IN 47993; or fax us at 765-764-1516; or e-mail us at info@stoutauctions.com
2. Provide your name, address, phone number and any club IDs (TCA, TTOS, etc.)
3. We will send your ID and password. If you provide an e-mail address or fax number we can reply more quickly.
4. Please allow up to two days for us to reply.

If you registered to bid absentee for previous auctions, you can use the same four-digit ID and password to bid on this auction. If you have forgotten your ID or password from the previous auction, e-mail us at info@stoutauctions.com, include your name and address, and ask us to e-mail your registration information.

PRIVACY

Stout Auctions takes your online privacy seriously. Our bidder ID system conceals your real name from other online bidders. Personal information for bidders is not stored on this catalog server.

We believe in responsible e-mail and will not deluge your mailbox with junk messages. We occassionally send notices about major upcoming events. If you prefer not to receive e-mail from us write to info@stoutauctions.com and ask to be removed from our distribution list. We do not share our e-mail list with other companies.
